Born and raised in Alberta, Sasha made the move to Penticton just over 5 years ago and hasn’t looked back since. Her love of all things outdoors, sunshine, community, health and wellness have made the transition to BC an easy one and she now calls Penticton home. Through her own transformation and her personal physical and mental health journey, it was clear to Sasha that her calling in life was to help others feel supported as they walked their own path towards better health and wellness. Holistic nutrition aligned with her values and beliefs and now she’s thrilled to have her own practice as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, doing what she loves; helping others return to wholeness through a mind, body and spirit approach.

Combining her own lived experience, her professional knowledge in how gut health and mental health are so connected and her belief in the power of movement, mindfulness and meditation lend themselves to just a few reasons why she believes she will be able to help YOU on your own journey to better health from the inside out. She knows all too well that the struggles of every day life add up and often leave us feeling less than the best version of ourselves and is committed to meeting you where you're at and guiding you on your journey back home to yourself. She recognizes everyone is unique and is committed to collaborating with you to create a plan that works best for your body!

Digestive and mental health and the connection between the two, are her main areas of focus but she is also equally as passionate about adrenal health, nervous system regulation, sleep health, overall gut and microbiome health and the food/mood connection. She offers 1:1 consultations and monthly packages and is open to finding solutions and options that will work for you!
